Diversity & Inclusion Highlights
For Recordati, inclusion means developing a working environment where everyone feels welcome, respected, supported and appreciated for their individuality and talent: this means having the freedom to express their thoughts and opinions in a culture characterised by active listening, where everyone has the opportunity to make mistakes and to learn from them.
Main actions in 2025:

D&I Training
In 2025 we focused heavily on training initiatives. The D&I Champions continued to organise training sessions for the entire workforce, including management.
In line with the targets defined in the Sustainability Plan, in 2025 approximately 95% of Group employees took part in training initiatives related to Diversity & Inclusion.
D&I in the People Engagement Survey
In 2025, in the context of the People Engagement Survey, intended to measure the level of employee engagement, motivation and satisfaction, a dedicated “Diversity & Inclusion” section was introduced, formed of nice questions, which achieved an overall score of 82% at Group level.
D&I Dashboard and Involvement of the HR Core Leaders
During the Culture Week in June, the Human Resources function presented a new tool for monitoring the main KPIs: the D&I Dashboard. The dashboard is accessible to all the HR Core Leaders and the D&I Champions, representing a fundamental tool for monitoring and defining action plans to achieve the D&I targets.

European Diversity Charters
We completed the signing of the European Diversity Charters, adding the two remaining branches, Belgium and the Netherlands, thus reaching the important milestone of signing in all the main European countries where we operate. By signing, and in line with the Code of Ethics, Recordati has reiterated its commitment to combat all forms of discrimination in the workplace and to encourage the diversity present within the organisation.
Advancing Gender Balance in Leadership
At the end of 2025, the percentage of women in Top
and Senior Manager positions was 36%.
Our commitment is to increase the percentage of women in Top and Senior management positions to 38% by 2028 (base year: 31% in 2023).*
*All initiatives aimed at achieving this target will be
implemented in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
