Employee Dialogue and Engagement

Dialogue and engagement activities are essential to gathering employee feedback, providing an understanding of their needs and informing the development of a strategic and targeted action plan.

Main actions in 2024:

Global People Engagement Survey

The voice of our people matters, and we want to ensure that every person’s voice is heard. We conducted our first global employee engagement survey in 2023, and we aim to complete the second edition in 2025.

Culture Survey

An internal culture survey was carried out in July 2024 with the company’s Senior Leadership group of around 300 managers. It was aimed at gathering feedback on actions implemented to foster a culture of inclusion, trust and ongoing feedback. The results of the survey showed that Recordati has become a more inclusive company with leaders confident in the changes taking place. 

Employee groups: Culture Ambassadors

In 2023, we established a company-wide network of Culture Ambassadors to support in activating our culture across the entire company. This ensures that cultural initiatives land well locally and that feedback and opinions from employees on global projects are taken on board. 

In 2024, the network was extended and has now 80 members, with representatives in various business areas across 32 countries. The Culture Ambassador network supported the creation and implementation of the company’s purpose “Unlocking the Full Potential of Life” in 2023, while in 2024 it continued to guarantee that Recordati’s strategy was embraced across the business, promoting our purpose to both internal and external audiences
