Employee Dialogue and Engagement
Dialogue and engagement activities are essential to gathering employee feedback, providing an understanding of their needs and informing the development of a strategic and targeted action plan.
The main activities regularly undertaken include:
People Engagement Survey
In February 2025, we conducted the second global People Engagement Survey, which involved the entire company workforce. The 2025 survey achieved an excellent participation rate of 84% and highlighted the strengths, such as diversity & inclusion and innovation & change, and the opportunities for improvement, such as collaboration and enablement. As a result, we have defined action plans and undertaken various initiatives at global, regional and local level.
Culture Ambassadors and D&I Champions
The Culture Ambassadors’ main mission is to strengthen the company culture by promoting and disseminating Recordati’s purpose, values, culture and targets, while ensuring that the company culture is understood, communicated and positively consolidated. In 2025, the “Culture Ambassadors 3-Year Plan” was completed which will guide the network’s activities in the 2026-2028 three-year period.
For the Diversity & Inclusion Champions, 2025 was the first full year of operations after the group was formed in April 2024. The network currently has more than 60 people from over 30 countries. Its main mission is to support the Group’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. In 2025, the network, which meets monthly, focused on workforce training on D&I topics: in 2025 approximately 95% of Group employees took part in training initiatives related to D&I.
Culture Week
The Recordati Group’s first Culture Week took place in June, organised and coordinated by the HR function. Over 70 people from the two company networks attended the event.
The week involved training sessions, workshops and events with external partners, with particular attention paid to topics such as the role of the networks, the company culture, gender equality and sharing of best practices.
