Diversity & Inclusion Highlights

At Recordati, we promote a company culture oriented towards overcoming all forms of discrimination and prejudice, making the workplace an inclusive environment where every dimension of diversity can find space and generate value. 

Main actions in 2024:

Global D&I Network

Creation of a global network of more than 60 D&I Champions, with representatives from all of the countries in which we operate and all business units to help drive the D&I agenda.


D&I Policy - Newly developed and launched in 2024

This policy provides general awareness of the fundamental principles at the base of the Recordati D&I approach and clarifies the responsibility of each employee in promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace. 

 

Formalised our D&I strategy

One key element of the strategy is the D&I Vision “Your uniqueness, our strength”, which conveys the message that our strength stems from our acceptance and appreciation of the uniqueness of each individual.

EU Diversity Charters

Signing of the EU Diversity Charters in the main countries in which we operate: By signing these Charters, we commit to fighting all forms of workplace discrimination while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Advancing Gender Balance in Leadership

As of the end of 2024, women held 33.5% of Top and Senior Manager positions.

Our commitment is to increase the percentage of women in Top and Senior management positions to 38% by 2028 (base year: 31% in 2023).*
